Wake up the lazy insect LED light strip to help you bid farewell to bed

For many people, it is extremely difficult to pick yourself up from the bed in the morning. Earlier this year, David Levi, the founder of Magnetic Cello (Magnetic Cello), came up with a wake-up system GoldenRod that couldn't be turned off -- gradually increasing the LED beam and illuminating the entire bed when the bed was not able to get out of bed. Levi's GoldenRod wake-up system places LED strips above the bed, and the brightness of the strips adjusts the brightness and color temperature based on the time of day. The user first sets the time at the alarm, and the LED strip will start to glow at that point in time. The user can adjust the brightness of the light to be dark orange or bright white as needed.

Over time, the LED strip will gradually turn blue/white and then stop working at night.

According to Levi, there will be two versions of GoldenRod and will launch crowdfunding on kickstarter. The LED light bar with a length of 50cm/light flux 800 GR-50 system has an early bird price of $59, while a length of 100cm/light flux of 1600 GR-100 system LED light bar is $99.

If everything goes as planned, shipments are expected to begin in April 2016.
