In Cai Yong's view, the single-chip high-power LED light source product is "thinner, more reliable LED." The product also features a highly reliable redundancy design, where each component of the chip operates independently, even if the short circuit does not affect the overall operation.
When interfacing with customers, Cai Yong often heard such a question: “Make a fuss” on a positively small chip, can the product's pass rate be guaranteed? Can the heat dissipation problem be properly solved?
In theory, the smaller the chip area, the lower the pass rate. Therefore, the theoretical pass rate of a single-chip product is about one in a million, which is completely unusable. To this end, "Tianju Optoelectronics" refers to the integrated circuit mode to segment and integrate the chips, and the internals are independent and externally connected to each other, ensuring that the product qualification rate of 20 watts exceeds 90%, and the product qualification rate of 50 watts exceeds 80. %. In addition, "Tianju Optoelectronics" has developed a high-heat-dissipation packaging technology that reduces the maximum temperature of the chip from 180 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, extending the service life by about 3 times.
Today, "Tianju Optoelectronics" has applied for 8 patents in the United States, the European Union, Japan and China. The power of the product is 10 watts to 1000 watts. It can be used for flashlights, headlights and track lights, as well as for stage lighting. Stadium lighting, special lighting. At present, the company has signed an agreement with an Anhui lamp factory to require more than 3 million chips to be put into production in three years. The first batch of 100,000 chips has been produced and is expected to be launched in the second half of this year.
