G4 light

G4 lamp is a lighting product developed by Xingguangbao combined with glass substrate. It has high light transmittance and can easily achieve 360 ​​degree illumination. The light source and the power source share the same glass substrate for integration.

In addition, the G4 lamp housing is designed as a secondary lens to solve the problem of dark areas on the side of the current COB light source. The glass substrate is suitable for low-power G4 and G9, and the appearance will be more beautiful under the premise of satisfying heat dissipation.

Currently, the G4 lamp is still in the customer certification test phase and is expected to enter mass production in the fourth quarter of 2017.

CSP LED

CSP LED can effectively reduce the size of the package, is thin and light, and meets the current trend of miniaturization of LED lighting applications. The design and application are more flexible, breaking the limitations imposed by the traditional light source size.

When the luminous flux is equal, the CSP LED can reduce the light-emitting surface to increase the optical density, and the device can provide more power. In addition, the CSP does not need gold wires, brackets, solid crystal glue, etc., and reduces the thermal layer in the intermediate link. High current, safety, reliability, and especially cost-effective.

Due to its small size and low thermal resistance, CSP is widely used in bulbs, automotive headlamps, TV backlights, LED tubes, and light engines.

At present, Xingguangbao's CSP is stepping up its upgrade and is scheduled to be mass-produced at the end of 2017.

Light engine

Xingguangbao launches light engine products, which can be directly connected to AC power, input voltage is AC180--300V; patented design, waterproof grade IP65; single module luminous flux test 90-110LM/W; single module size: 77×44× 3mm (L × W × H); using a super-thermally conductive aluminum substrate to dissipate heat, the light decay is ultra-low; the light source package is a flip-chip process, withstand voltage, crush resistance, and a better quality stable zone.

In addition, the constant current accuracy of the light engine is <2%, the conversion efficiency is high >90%; the power factor (PF) is >0.92; the lightning protection is 4KV, and the high voltage is passed through the AC2600V (the type II lamp requires AC1750V); with constant power adjustment function, At the same time, it has over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection (bare-point undead); module output power 20W, 30W, 50W integrated floodlight housing is common.

Up to now, the light engine has been delivered and has won the praise of customers.
