Alternatively, the experiment can be performed unless one of the modules breaks down. Although our products are connected in series, but with protection diodes, one of the modules will not affect the overall work. If you want to test the operation of the drive under different loads, our company's products can also be disconnected from a module for testing.

A: The experiment we requested is that under the condition of constant current, if any LED is broken (ie open circuit), it will not affect the normal operation of other LEDs. For some bidders who understand that LEDs are short-circuited, other LEDs in their lamps will not be affected. We now make the following explanation: The short-circuit fault of one LED under constant current supply conditions has little effect on the overall lamp. Therefore, the experiment we requested is only for open circuit failure.

Second, can you provide the spacing between street lamps?

A: The street light spacing is not the same for Amber Mountain and Jiuhuashan Road, and the distance between street lights and garden lights in Amber Mountain is not the same. This is the scope of design.

Third, the garden light source requires 36W, and requires 45Lm/W. Our 26W light source can also reach 45 Lm/W. Can it be replaced by 26W?

Answer: The power range of each lamp type light source is ±10%. 26W is out of range.

Fourth, LED street lights require light color between 6000K-8000K, but the light emitted by this light color is green light, and the light source of our company 5500K is white light, can it be replaced?

Answer: LED lights require a light white color between 6000K and 8000K, and can also be replaced by a 5500K light source.

V. The project is divided into two packages. If two packages of our company are involved, do you need to submit two bid deposits?

A: According to the bidding documents, the bidding deposit is RMB 10,000 (no matter how many packages are invested).

6. Do you have to vote for both bids, or can you choose one of them?

A: Allows you to select any or all of the sections.

Seven or three lamps are all with samples, or one of them is selected with a sample. Is it only with a lamp or a lamp post?

A: All three lamps must be equipped with sample lamps, and the lamp post can be reduced by 30 cm.

Eight, the bidding documents on the requirements of the lighting: "Lighting structure: power and light source must be split type", this "separate type" refers to the power supply and light source in the different cavity of the lamp or the power supply outside the lamp, please answer.

9. Supplementary notice:

1. For non-lighting manufacturers to submit bids, the manufacturer's product authorization (original) and other supporting materials in accordance with the bidding documents shall be provided in the bidding documents.

3, LED supplementary requirements:

1) The LED light source used in LED street lamps must be a high-power LED product of a famous brand. The rated power of a single LED should be between 1W and 3W, and the performance of the product must be no less than CREE's Q4 high-power white LED.

2) The luminous flux of LED under different working currents should meet the requirements of the following table.

700 (mA) ≥ 170 (lm) 3W chip luminous flux is not less than 100lm at 350mA, not less than 170lm at 700mA

3) The ratio of the total luminous flux (non-light source self-illumination) of the luminaire output to the total electric power of the luminaire shall not be less than 45 lm/W, including the power consumption of the 220 volt input power box. The power of the power box must be included in the inspection report, otherwise it is considered as not meeting the requirements.

4) At the time of bidding, in addition to providing a copy of all the inspection reports of the lamps submitted in the bidding documents, the original inspection report of all the lamps submitted shall be carried for future reference, otherwise it shall be deemed not to meet the requirements.
