DELO Introduces LED Curing Lamps and Light Curing Adhesives to Accelerate Production Process
February 15, 2023
DELO introduces LED curing lamps and the newly developed special adhesive series, which can be used together to enable customers to achieve fast and efficient production processes. DELO's latest LED lights meet the needs of customers who want to control processes faster and easier. This LED lamp is used in a variety of applications and is compatible with DELO's photocurable adhesives and is designed for a wide range of applications.
The density and size of the DELOLUX 80/400 are greatly increased, while the DELOLUX 50 LED point source series extends to a wavelength of 400 nm, making the curable adhesive thicker and the penetration of the adhesive. In addition, the new DELOLUX 20/400 LED surface light source has been reinforced to be lighter, more convenient to use and has the same light exit area.
LED lamps are capable of rapidly curing photocurable adhesives developed specifically for electronic applications. These adhesives effectively distribute the tension evenly, especially for bonding metals to plastics. In addition, the adhesive is highly elastic and has a wide temperature range up to –40 °C. In addition to its excellent flow and wetting properties, it also has high corrosion resistance and is usually used in casting. Other applications include sealing or casting of electronic components, especially pins, relays, microswitches, sensors or plugs, as well as electronic contacts.
DELOLUX 80/400 with water-cooled system has high-density illumination and can be evenly dispersed into the irradiation area to speed up the curing process. Innovative optical systems illuminate components even when faced with different working distances. For example, Knowles Sound Solutions also uses this LED in its manufacturing process and says the DELOLUX 80/400 is highly efficient, and because the product incorporates a cooling system, the line no longer has to be deployed with a water-cooled system.
