According to report, Beijing Tianxu Hengyuan Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianxu Hengyuan”) was established in April 2011. It is an energy-saving technology established to implement the contract energy management BOT model for domestic urban lighting system energy-saving reform. The company is a subsidiary of a listed company under China Aviation Industry Corporation.
