On the afternoon of December 18, 2015, the “Front LED Street Light Technology and Application Symposium” was held in the lecture hall of Guanghua Building of Fudan University to promote the industrialization and engineering application of the new “high-efficiency, non-glare” array of LED street lamps . . The face array LED street light was jointly developed by Professor Zhang Shanduan, deputy director of the Institute of Electric Light Sources of Fudan University, and Shanghai Xinkaiyuan Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. The main experts attending the symposium were Xu Peixin, former deputy director of the National Energy Conservation Center, Xu Huai, former chairman of the China Lighting Association, Huang Zhenduo, secretary general of the Shanghai Lighting Industry Association, and former Secretary-General Gong Xiaozhi, Zhao Ning, director of the Shanghai Street Light Management Center. Zhang Shanduan first introduced the area LED street light technology. At present, LED streetlights are mainly packaged in a matrix and high-power integrated package (COB). The main problems are high power density, difficulty in heat dissipation, high brightness of the light source, and severe glare. To overcome the conventional COB package lattice and disadvantages led area array chips using reduced power, low heat, low power density, work led chip junction temperature below 70 ℃, high efficiency light source 205 lm / W. The test results of the National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai) show that the energy efficiency of the whole lamp of the three street lamps is greater than 170 lm/W. The luminaire adopts an integral lens design (area > 900 cm2), including two large lenses in the direction of the vehicle and a set of prisms on the light-emitting plane. It can also adjust the distribution of optical power density on the illuminating surface to change the light distribution effect and realize the bat. Wing with light. The simulation results of the 2-lane, 4-lane and 6-lane lighting effects show that the area array LED street light can meet the requirements of average brightness and longitudinal brightness uniformity of the main road, secondary trunk road and branch road. Since the luminous surface of the area array LED street lamp is a large plane (area > 500 cm2), the illumination is uniform and there is no obvious visual bright spot, so the brightness is low (< 0.10 Mcd/m2) and the glare is small. The array of LED street lights has been applied to the actual road lighting: in Zhangzhou, Zhejiang, 100-inch array LED street lights have been installed for demonstration and will be promoted throughout the city; in Heze, Shandong, 400-inch array LED street lights with cosine light distribution It has been demonstrated for 4 years, and there are currently 2,500 new lights for batwing light distribution. In addition, the area LED street lamp cost is less than 50 yuan / klm, cost-effective, so it is expected to become the third application route in LED street lights except dot matrix and high power COB.
